Having faced challenges as a young student early on, I know how disengaging and unsupportive poorly designed learning can feel.
It was a high school rowing coach who finally gave me the confidence and tools to succeed academically and later attend university. This experience sparked my passion for creating healthy learning environments for everyone, regardless of any barriers.
I get excited about building relationships, finding solutions, and fostering collaboration to ensure everyone has the opportunity feel successful and confident at work.

Beyond work, I’m an explorer at heart, recently trekking across Spain and surfing in Portugal. I’m always seeking new adventures to fuel my personal and professional growth!
I'm also a pet sitter and have traveled all over taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, and cows. If you love your pet, drop me a line! I'm always up for talking about animals!

My Process

The most successful builds happen when we can identify exactly what the problem is to come up with the best solution. Using a combination of company data, challenges, and goals combined with learner research, I can begin to plot the trainings "true north."
I'll work with you to identify what your learners need to do, what they are currently doing, and why. That way, I can tailor the learning experience to bridge the gaps while meeting your employees where they are at.

Once we've aligned training goals with company objectives using the collected research data, it's time to chart the course to success.
Each project will vary, but this process typically involves creating outlines, skeletons, color and font schemes, and even storyboards. Input from subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders is crucial at this stage to incorporate design edits before finalizing the program.

Based on the research and preparation from earlier stages, materials are created and a customized learning solution is developed to fit the company's needs.
During this phase, the project is packaged for companies and their learners, with comprehensive support provided to launch the course, training, or e-learning solution successfully.

Reflecting on the L&D journey is essential for learning and promoting future growth.
To wrap things up, I conduct project evaluations and value feedback gathered from data, surveys, and interviews. This process helps me make changes and enhancements to both the current design and future designs.
